1) Warranty Period and Responsibilities
The warranty period is 18 months after delivery or 12 months after putting the control valve into operation (whichever comes first). The supplier implements three guarantees for the supplied control valve during the warranty period, and promises that if any quality problems occur during this period, we will be responsible for promptly repairing or replacing damaged parts or complete machines for the customer free of charge.
2) Service commitment
We solemnly promise:
1. Technical confirmation and selection guidance before and after sales;
2. The sales price shall follow the market rules, follow the principles of fairness, impartiality, and rationality, and be 100% executed in accordance with the contract after mutual agreement.
3. Free installation guidance after sales;
4. Free after-sales debugging;
